Ms. Laura leads a class with such care, passion and detail! What we learn is amazing! I am no novice to the kitchen..Last night was Focaccia Bread & Hearty Soup class. All totally amazing! I really am excited for other classes in 2026! Grazie Molto

I LOVE their products and I LOVE their classes even more! I am a repeat offender...I have taken the same class multiple times and I learn something new every time. It's the best way for me to spend a Saturday. I drive 45 minutes each way, but it's worth it! Laura is a wealth of knowledge and her passion for what she does is contagious. She loves what she does and it makes me want to love it too. She is thoughtful and practical. The classes are the best culinary experience in CT. I learned more from her than I did at culinary school.

Deliciously Wonderful! The oils, vinegars, salts, spices and now teas offered are yummy. The owner Laura is fabulous! She was friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. Offered great tips for different ways to use oils and vinegars.

Great specialty shop for Olive Oil and Balsamic vinegar, love the condimenti options. All are excellent options for use in gift baskets. Small selection of jams and seasonings specialty products. I wish there were more recipe cards, i used a couple and created gift baskets with the ingredients.
